You will be primarily responsible for all aspects of project engineering of various vibrating equipment projects, as assigned by the Engineering Manager. This means providing engineering support, providing technical clarification to internal customers such as Projects, Production as well as suppliers. Support for designing and implementing process changes and improvements is also a key part of the role.
NB: There is an expectation that this role will be relocating either one of our other locations, Thornton, NSW (Newcastle) or Henderson, Perth site after 12 to 18 months, therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to
relocate.
To be successful in this role you will able to address the following key selection criteria:
- Possess strong track record on delivery of milestones/projects.
- Proven ability to deal with change and work in a dynamic, fast pace environment
- Business acumen with an ability to lead a team of Draftspeople.
- Highly developed communications skills both written and verbal.
- Outstanding engineering technical ability.
Our expectations:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
- Successful track record in project engineering management, especially high value, contract based projects
- A self starter with the ability to bring solutions to the table.
- Experience in Resources or Bulk Materials Handling highly advantageous.
Please note: This role may require you to attend to remote customer sites both domestically and internationally on an as needs basis.
